Shipping Policy

It's important to clarify that order processing times are separate from the shipping times shown at checkout. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that delays may occur due to a high volume of orders or courier service issues that are beyond our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and package weight.

For simple flat rate shipping:
We offer ₹50 flat rate shipping to all cities in India.

Free shipping is available on all domestic orders over ₹999.

Shipping Options

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over ₹799 within Mumbai, Pune, and Thane.

For orders under ₹799, we charge a ₹40 local delivery fee.

Deliveries are made from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
We will contact you via text message using the phone number provided at checkout to notify you on the day of arrival.

In-Store Pickup

You can skip shipping fees with free local pickup at the following locations:

• Mumbai Store – CST Area
• Pune Store – JM Road

After placing your order and selecting “Local Pickup” at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready along with pickup instructions.

Pickup Hours:
Monday to Saturday – 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Please bring your order confirmation email when you arrive.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, United Arab Emirates, Germany, France, Singapore, and New Zealand.

We do NOT ship to: Russia, Iran, Syria, and North Korea.

For calculated international shipping rates:
Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout based on your destination and order weight.

International Shipping Options

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once the shipment reaches your destination country. Ascension Suppliers is not responsible for these charges. They are the responsibility of the customer.
