The young man from Punjab has died in Russia. He went to bathe in the sea with friends and got trapped and drowned there. The deceased has been identified as 20 -year -old Sai Dhruv Kapoor, the only son of a family living in Suncity on Amloh Road, Khanna, Ludhiana.

Dhruv was studying in Moscow, Russia. On Sunday, Sai Dhruv went to bathe in Moscow with three of his friends. Meanwhile, he was swept away by the strong waves of the sea. His friends narrowly survived. By the time Sai Dhruv was rescued and taken out, he had died. Footage of rescuing Sai from Russia and transporting to the hospital has also reached the family.

Father refused to go to the sea Father Karan Kapoor said that he runs a small office on Amloh Road as a loan consultant. The family is not financially strong already. Some time ago Dhruv was sent to Russia. According to visa conditions, he returned after 6 months. About a year ago, he was again sent on a study visa.

On the day of the accident, Dhruv first called his house and told his father that he was going to visit the sea with friends. The father was earlier refused. But he thought that the son had to go after a week, why to stop. Shortly after, information was received on the phone that the son was swept away in the sea and his body was removed.

Sister was thinking of sending brother to brother The Dhruv was the only son of the family. Here parents and sister are in a bad state. The sister was still thinking of sending Rakhi to her brother that she got the news of her brother’s death from foreign soil. The family has sought help from both the Center and the Punjab governments. They want to cremate their son in India and help in bringing the dead bodies.

This process on foreign soil is very difficult and expensive, which they are not able to complete. On behalf of the family, Union Foreign Minister S.K. Jaishankar has been appealed via email and an application has also been made on the help portal.
