Manish Sharma of Nadala village in Kapurthala district of Punjab has illuminated the name of his village and family by becoming an officer in the New Zealand Police. This success has an atmosphere of happiness in the entire village.

Manish’s father Om Prakash Sharma said that Manish had studied up to 10th standard from Guru Nanak Prem Karmasar Public School in the village and then completed his 12th from a prestigious school in Jalandhar.
He then moved to New Zealand for studies and career in 2016, where he has now been appointed as an officer in the police force.
Selection was done after three years of physical and mental hard work
Since childhood, Manish’s dream was to serve the law by joining the police. After reaching New Zealand, he continued preparations for three years by doing hard physical and mental work. Eventually his hard work paid off and he was selected as an officer in the New Zealand Police Force.
This success of Manish Sharma has an atmosphere of joy in the family. Parents and family called it a moment of pride. The people and relatives of the village greeted Manish continuously. Manish will soon be appointed as an officer of a district in New Zealand.
