Jagdeep traveled to Russia to gather information two months ago, but he had to face huge challenges. He said that language obstruction was a major problem. I myself had to find a translator, and the cost of logistics and other essential commodities was quite high.

Jagdeep, who runs a mobile phone shop in Goraya, said that his family is struggling with financial crisis. He said that this time he had contacted the Ministry of External Affairs for assistance and most of the requests have been met.
He further said that his journey has been done in the arrangements for tickets with the help of Raja State President Raja Vading. For others who accompany him, he is planning to seek support from environmentalist and social worker saint Balbir Singh Seedwal.
Jagdeep said that he is in constant touch with family members of 8 other men trapped in the war -torn area. He earlier said that the health of my parents is not good. I can’t tell which round we are going through. Every time I go home, they see me with the hope that I will give them good news.
