Reham Khan, wife of former Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan, on Tuesday announced the formation of his new political party ‘Pakistan Republic Party’.
Addressing a press conference at Karachi Press Club, Reham Khan said- I have never accepted any political post before. I just attended a party for a person (Imran Khan), but today I am standing on my terms.
He said that his party will become the voice of the public. Expressing dissatisfaction with Pakistan’s current political situation, Reham said- this is not just a party, but a movement to convert politics into service. “
He said that Karachi Press Club had supported him in difficult times, so he decided to announce his party from here.
Reham said- The Pakistan I saw from 2012 to 2025, even today there is a lack of clean water and basic health facilities. It cannot be tolerated now.
He took a dig at Pakistan’s dynastic politics and said that his party has been formed without any external support. No member of our party will contest elections from four constituencies simultaneously. We did not come to play political games.
