US President Donald Trump has written a post on social media site Truth and informed about the decision.
US President Donald Trump has ordered two nuclear submarines near Russia amid growing tension with Russia. At the same time, he has threatened to suffer serious consequences. However, he did not reveal where the submarines would be deployed.
Trump informed about this decision on social media site Truth Social. He blamed the inflammatory rhetoric of former Russian President Dimitri Medvedev behind his move.
Earlier, Trump announced during his visit to Scotland on 28 July that Russia had 10 to 12 days to end the Ukraine War. If Russia does not agree to the conversation for the ceasefire during this time, then the countries doing business with Russia will be ‘secondary tariff’.

Trump wrote on the social media site Truth- ‘I have ordered the deployment of two nuclear submarines near Russia due to the inflammatory rhetoric of former Russian President and Vice President of Security Council, Dimitri Medvedev, to deploy two nuclear submarines near Russia, so that the inflammatory statements were limited to rhetoric.
Words are very valuable and sometimes unknowingly may suffer serious consequences. I hope this will not be such a case.
Trump told Dead Economy and Russia reminded of dead hand On July 30, Trump described India and Russia as a dead economy after imposing 25% tariffs on India. He had said- India and Russia drown their economy together, what to me. In response, former Russian President Dimitri Medvedev had said that the US President was nervous.
Medvedev wrote on Telegram- ‘Trump should remember the dangerous strength of dead hand, even if it is no longer present. If the powerful President of America gets so nervous with some words of the former Russian President, then the path of Russia is perfect. We will keep moving forward on our way.
Dead hand had an old nuclear weapon control system of Russia. It was capable of retaliation even when the country’s leadership was over.

Trump called Medvedev failed as former President Even before this, Medvedev had targeted Trump and said that the US President’s threat to Russia could start war. It will not be between Russia and Ukraine, but with the US. He also advised Trump not to take the path of ‘Sleepi Joe’ (Joe Bidon).
In response to this, Trump called Medvedev as ‘unsuccessful former President’ late Thursday and said that he still considers himself President. Trump warned Medvedev not to focus on his words and not make dangerous rhetoric.

Dimitri Medvedev is considered a staunch supporter of President Putin. He is currently the Vice President of the Security Council of Russia. Medvedev was the President of Russia from 2008 to 2012 and the Prime Minister of Russia from 2012 to 2020.
Trump has expressed displeasure against Russia many times. However, he has been avoiding direct attack on Russian President Putin. He said a few days ago- ‘I have a good conversation on the phone with Putin, but only a few hours later, Russia attacks Ukraine. I am disappointed with this. Still Putin is such a person with whom I can create a good synergy.
